Todd Schneider – Co-Managing Partner

Todd Schneider is Co-Managing Partner of St. Louis-based SkyView Partners and brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, spanning large-scale complex developments and destination projects across the United States. He is recognized as the visionary behind the first modern observation wheel in the U.S., introducing the European concept to the American market more than 15 years ago. 

Todd has deep relationships across the global amusement industry and works closely with manufacturers, designers, and innovators to deliver world-class attractions. SkyView Partners is currently developing Oasis at Lake of the Ozarks, a $495 million destination resort featuring a major amusement and water park and a 401-key Marriott Resort and Conference Center. The firm also owns and operates SkyView Atlanta and the SkyStar Wheel at San Francisco’s historic Fisherman’s Wharf.

Al Mers – Co-Managing Partner

Al Mers is a real estate development executive and co-manager of St. Louis based SkyView Partners, a national hospitality, entertainment, and destination real estate platform. With more than 30 years of experience spanning commercial real estate, resort development, and amusement attractions, he has led the creation and operation of landmark destination projects across the United States, including observation wheels, waterfront entertainment districts, hotels, indoor waterparks, and boutique amusement parks.

Al combines strategic development expertise with hands-on operational leadership, having overseen attractions that have welcomed more than 10 million guests nationwide. SkyView Partners is currently developing the Oasis at Lakeport destination resort in Osage Beach, MO.

Michael D. Montgomery – Director of Operations

Michael D. Montgomery is the Director of Operations for SkyView Partners LLC, overseeing flagship attractions including SkyView Atlanta, SkyStar Wheel, The San Francisco Carousel and Bay Plunge Tower, located on Pier 39. A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with 26 years of avionics leadership, Montgomery brings precision, discipline, and technical expertise to large-scale attraction operations. He holds Level I Inspector and Operations certifications through NAARSO, ensuring world-class safety, performance, and guest experience across SkyView Partners’ national portfolio.

Meagan Vandiver, MBA – Chief Financial Officer

Meagan Vandiver oversees the financial strategy and performance of SkyView Partners, ensuring fiscal integrity and sustainable growth. With more than 20 years in accounting and over a decade in the amusement industry, she combines financial expertise with operational insight. A graduate of Saint Louis University’s Chaifetz School of Business, where she earned both her BSBA and MBA in finance and accounting, Meagan is also an active member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), dedicated to fostering excellence and innovation in the industry.
